Oreo - Mini Bernedoodle

Meet Oreo, the Classic Black Tri-Color Mini Multigen Bernedoodle with a Cookie-Cutter Charm

  • Genetic Health: Oreo is a pretty black tri-color girl. She is genetically cleared for all conditions tested, including one copy of ALT activity, which doesn't cause any health issues. Inform her vet about it if she ever gets blood testing in the future.
  • Embark DNA health and traits report

  • Personality: She is so sweet! She has these brown/black eyes that look into your soul. She loves to give little face kisses.

  • Coat of Contrast: Her 'at/at' at the A Locus signifies the lovely tan points that grace her cheeks, eyebrows, and legs, set against her plush black base coat.

  • Patterned Beauty: With her striking black, white, and tan coloring, Oreo could be described as a tri-color Bernedoodle or grow into a Phantom color. The white around her nose, the sliver on her forehead, and the tips of her paws and tail are classic and much sought after in this breed.

  • Whisps of White: The 'SS' allele at the S Locus indicates she was likely to have little to no white, yet she charmingly defies expectations with her unique markings.

  • Subtle Waves: Currently, her coat is straight to slightly wavy ('CT' in coat texture), but it may develop further waves or curls as she grows. She is FF for furnishings so she will have the cute furry eyebrows and mustache

  • A Saddle, Perhaps?: Her 'NI' on the saddle tan pattern suggests she might develop the saddle tan pattern, which refers to a specific distribution of tan coloring over the back like a saddle. It’s not common in Bernedoodles, but it is something to watch for as she matures.

  • Growth Potential: With a predicted adult weight of 45 lbs (Subtract 15 lbs from Embark estimate), Oreo is set to be a mini Bernedoodle, ready for adventures or cozy couch sessions alike.

  • Bernedoodle (Bernese Mountain Dog x Poodle)
