At Oodles of Bernedoodles, we understand that the decision to bring a new puppy into your home is significant. Our priority is to ensure a happy and successful placement of our puppies into loving homes. Here are the details of our Return and Refund Policy:

Reservation Fee:

• A non-refundable reservation fee of $500 is required to reserve your chosen puppy. This fee is credited towards the total purchase price of the puppy.

• Please note, this fee is a commitment to the puppy you have selected and is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

• If, for any reason, you wish to exchange the puppy you have reserved, you may do so with another puppy from the same litter, subject to availability and provided that the other puppy is not already reserved.

Return Policy:

• We understand that circumstances can change. If you decide to return your puppy, we are unable to refund the reservation fee. However, we offer a 50% discount on the reservation fee for a puppy from a future litter.

• This policy is designed to encourage serious commitments and to ensure that each puppy is placed in a forever home that is the right fit for both the puppy and the family.

Additional Terms:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the puppy's health or well-being has been compromised while in your care.

• All puppies returned must be in good health, accompanied by a vet's certificate confirming their health status.
